1. General

Wild Box Events – Terms & Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all bookings placed with Wild Box Events Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “WB,” “we,” or “us”) by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”).

1.2 By booking WB for your event, you are entering into a legal contract and confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Changes

2.1 You confirm that you are over 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into this contract, and authorised to use your selected payment method.

2.2 Any changes to your requirements or guest numbers must be communicated at least 30 days prior to your event. Adjustments within 30 days may not be accommodated, and no changes to invoicing will be made.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £350 is applicable if you are booking a PAYG Bar, we will agree a minimum spend prior to the event based on the service we are providing, number of guests and length of service.

3.2 For tab bars, full payment is due at the end of service.

3.3 For minimum spend agreements, if the agreed spend is not met, the outstanding balance will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days.

3.4 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of bill total is applicable if you are booking a pre-paid bar and is required on receipt of the invoice

3.5 The full balance is due no later than 30 days before your event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

3.6 Accepted payment methods:

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Customer Cancellation: If you cancel:

More than 60 days before the event: Full refund (excluding deposit). 30-60 days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit).
Less than 30 days: No refund.

4.2 WB Cancellation: If WB must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure), a full refund will be issued. WB will also attempt to assist in securing an alternative provider.

4.3 Force Majeure: If an event cannot go ahead due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Liability & Licensing

5.1 WB is fully licensed for the sale of alcohol.

5.2 Where a venue does not hold an alcohol licence, WB will apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TENs) on your behalf.

5.3 WB holds full public liability insurance, available upon request.

5.4 WB is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left behind the bar.

6. Responsible Service of Alcohol

6.1 WB operates a Challenge 25 policy – customers appearing under 25 will be required to show valid ID.

6.2 WB reserves the right to refuse service to:

Anyone unable to provide valid ID.
Anyone suspected of purchasing alcohol for under-18s.

Anyone deemed excessively intoxicated.

6.3 Any guests behaving aggressively or inappropriately towards WB staff will not be served. WB reserves the right to cease service and leave the event if staff safety is compromised, with no refund issued.

7. Health & Safety

7.1 WB follows all food, drink, and health safety regulations.

7.2 Any specific dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

7.3 WB staff will conduct a risk assessment at the venue to ensure safe operation.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

8.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within seven days of your event.

8.2 WB will make every effort to resolve complaints amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to mediation before legal action is considered.
