1.General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Wild Box Events (hereinafter known as “WB”) on any of our e-commerce platforms, by the customer (hereinafter known as “you”). Through placing an order on any of our e-commerce platforms, you are entering into a legal contract with WB, and confirming that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2.Information Accuracy

Every effort is made to ensure that all information provided on the website is accurate and up to date, however there may be occasions where information is found to be inaccurate or out of date. WB reserves the right to make changes to our terms and conditions as necessary, and discontinue products, without notice. The terms and conditions which apply to your purchase will be those which are displayed on the website at the time your purchase is made.

3.Terms of Sale

By ordering one of our products, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18, able to enter into a binding legal contract with WB, and that all information provided is, to the best of your knowledge, full and accurate. You are also confirming that you are authorised to make a purchase with your elected payment method.

Prior to WB accepting an order, it may be necessary to verify information provided, and WB reserves the right to decline your order after it has been received. In the event that a product has been listed with an incorrect price, WB reserves the right to refuse this order. If payment for this order has already been made, WB will refund the order in full.

4.Payment Terms

Payment details are entered at the time of ordering, and the amount immediately debited from your account.

5.Refunds & Returns

WB is unable to accept the return of products which include fresh produce. If a product is found to be defective on receipt of your order, please contact us at info@wildboxevents.co.uk in the first instance, detailing the nature of the defect. Where it is established that a defective product has been received, and the matter has been raised with WB within 14 days of the purchase, WB will issue a replacement or refund the order.

6.Shipping 

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. Orders will be shipped via DHL next day delivery. Delivery costs are clearly stated when ordering a product, and will be payable at checkout.

7.Intellectual Property

The WB name, logo, artwork, website, and all of its materials are protected by copyright law, and remain the intellectual property of WB. Site content and features are authorised for information purposes only, and no other use is permitted without the prior written permission of WB.

8.Disclaimer of Liability

WB does not accept liability for any harm caused by misuse of these products. Products are solely for the use of persons over the age of 18, and by ordering one of these products you are confirming that you are over the age of 18.

The WB website and other platforms may at times contain links to relevant third party websites. While every effort is taken to ensure that linked websites are reliable and secure, WB does not accept responsibility for any issues you may encounter with them, and it is your responsibility to review their individual privacy policies, terms and conditions.

10.Privacy & Security

Any information provided to WB when placing an order is held securely in accordance with GDPR legislation. Your information will never be shared with a third party.
